GET YOUR MONEY BACK!
I ordered, used, then was billed 2 weeks later. I contacted my bank who said to cancel the ‘auto shipping’, I said I did not sign for this and was advised the would not authorise future payments.
I than called Trading Standards who said it was probably a ‘legal’ scam as I must have agreed to auto shipping which I was convinced I did not.. Desperate at this stage I emailed customer care and stated that my bank and trading standards wanted PROOF that I had agreed to this.
They cancelled my subscription and refunded the money. DO NOT LET THEM TAKE YOUR MONEY< COMPLAIN AND SAY YOU WANT PROOF YOU AGREED _ THEY CANT PROVE IT!

Same thing happened to me, but slightly different. One click and no follow-up.
The product came with no information inside the package. I seriously had no idea I was opting into some ongoing purchase. I am out $180. When I called they said...well if you dispute it with your cc company then we can't do anything.
If you call us with them on the line, we can reduce it to like $20. Seriously such a scam. The crap they sell is not made for mature skin. It makes you look more wrinkled than ever.
Can't believe I was so stupid to buy from an unknown company.
Plus they said it was Joanna Gaines' company, which I love her. This company is fraud all over!!

They forget cancellation and send product anyway
I decided to try the heavily discounted trial offer for Timeless Skin Care in which one pays for shipping and handling. After ordering the free trial, I immediately cancelled the automatic subscription.
The Free Trial Products arrived a couple of weeks after ordering. I found them of mediocre quality at best.
Much to my surprise, one month later, a charge on my card appears shortly after followed by another box of overpriced cosmetics. When I called their customer service number (the same day my card was charged), I was told they did not have a record of my cancellation and that the product sent was "non-returnable." Fraudulent business practices.

This company is a RIP OFF you don't get a 14 day trial your trial starts when you place your order! I called them as I wanted to cancel and RUDE SUPERVISORS told me they had no problem cancelling my account but I was still charged 89.94 THE PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK I explained this as I was under the impression I could physically try the product for 14 days..... I called 15 days after order was placed and they ABSOLUTLY refuse to refund the 89.94..........I have never SO I satisfied with a company and how unprofessional they are!

we didn't realize that we were enrolled either but I was assured that it was written in the agreement in very small print. I told them that their product caused a mysterious rash on my wife's face and that we would like our money back, they said they were sorry but it was against company policy to refund any money.
I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they would just tell me the same thing.
and I said , you mean to tell me that your product has broken a rash out on my wifes face and your company refuses to refund any money, by this time my wife took the phone from me and went over all this again ending with their rep hanging up on her.. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ,,, THEY ARE THIEVES AND FRAUDS

I signed up for timeless because I wanted to buy a product I put in all my info and proceeded to checkout once I put in my credit card number a note came up and said something went wrong w your credit card, well I had over 3000.00 on my card so I tried again I did this 4 times then I tried another card and the same note came up something is wrong w payment. Well the next morning I checked and both my card were credited one 4 times the other twice.
Over $124,00 was taken when I went to timeless,website an order was not place. I called them 7 times left messages to no avail sent 5 emails finally I got a reply and there was a problem with their check out and the matter is being fixed, sorry for the inconvenience yes my money was refunded but honestly I think they should of sent me a complementary bottle of what I was trying,to order,maybe it would of been good customer service on their part but I just got a *** apology do not order from them

I love the products and have never had an issue with their customer service. I have received many compliments on my skin since I began using their products.
Even my 90 year old father (who tends to complain) loves the products and has never had any issues with their customer service.
I recommend them to friends that have had good service and results also. No, I do not work for the company or have any affiliation with them.
