I have ordered from this company twice before,with no problems, so when my latest order arrived short, I thought it would be easy to resolve.But repeated emails, and phone messages, (no one ever answers the phone) they have not contacted me, or issued a refund, for the missing item.

I will never order from them again, I would rather pay more, from a reputable vendor. (Wow, this is silly, that I have to use at least 100 words).

I'm pretty sure the first 66 words, covered my complaint.As of writing this, I still have no response from timeless skincare.

Monetary Loss: $23.

I just had the identical experience.First two orders, no problem and really liked the products.

Third order was missing a bottle (the most expensive one) and have received no response to my numerous emails to inquire about what happened.

I can't even find a phone number to complain to!Wish I had read your review before having to learn the hard way :(
